The health and safety of Williams Volkswagen's associates, visitors, and guests is the most important thing to us.  Over the past couple of weeks, we have all been impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis and we have taken measures to keep everyone safe and healthy.  We have procedures that will allow us to remain open and provide vehicle service for our customers without the need for any physical or face-to-face contact.


Please contact us to make a service appointment either by phone, our online scheduling tool, email or text message.  You may also drop-in for a Service Express oil change, following the service procedure below.  You must drop your vehicle off for service and make prior arrangements for transportation. Loaner vehicles are available upon request.  Our customer lounge will remain closed, and we have currently suspended our shuttle service.

 

Procedure for vehicle service drop-off:

Complete the Early-Bird envelope, place your keys inside the envelope, and deposit into the night drop box.  Important: Please be sure to sign both signature spots on the front and back of the envelope.  By Michigan Law we must have your signature to service your vehicle.

 

Next Prior to Servicing:

·      We will disinfect your vehicle's interior with a special disinfecting spray. 

·      We will then install a plastic steering wheel cover and seat cover, and paper floormats while your vehicle is being serviced by our technician.

·      One of our Service Consultants will contact you by phone, email or text to verify the requested services and provide you with a cost estimate.

 

Upon completion of your vehicle and prior to re-delivery:

·      We will wash your vehicle's exterior (weather permitting.

·      Disinfect your vehicle interior with a special disinfecting spray. 

·      And finally, we will then install clean paper floormats.  

 

Payment for completed services:

·      We are only accepting payments at time by check or credit/debit card.  

 

We are hopeful that we will soon see an end to the wide-reaching and devastating effects of this crisis.  It is our hope that our procedure has allowed us to be of service during these difficult times and has helped keep everyone safe and healthy.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Parts Department Customer Purchase Procedure

Please contact us to make your parts purchase either by phone, email or text message.  You may also come to the store and call us, and we'll process your parts purchase while you wait in your vehicle.  Please note that our customer lounge will remain closed.

 

Process to complete a parts purchase:

·       Please call ahead with vehicle ID number (Important to verify vehicle proper part(s)

·       Year / make and model of the vehicle

·       Complete description of part(s) needed

·       If needed to verify correct part(s) email address and or fax number to communicate parts catalog   

·       Schedule parts pick up or delivery time with your parts advisor.

·       Parts pick up- please pull up to the Northside of building parts and receiving door (Marked on yellow post and door)

·       Call upon arrival to have parts advisor bring part(s) out to your vehicle or to have part(s) left at door

·       Part(s) and payment receipts will be attached to part(s) purchased

·       We are only accepting payments at time by credit/debit card.  

 

Parts Processing:

·       All parts purchases will be disinfected, with a disinfecting spray, prior to pick up or delivery.

·       To protect our clients and our parts advisors we will being wear gloves and face mask when handling part(s)
