Dropped my car off for an oil change and check engine light at 9am. It’s 1:30 pm and nobody has called me yet so I call and he tells me I need a sensor that’s what the check engine light was on. Where they going to call me? Why did I have to call to see what was going on? My car wasn’t done until 5:30. 8 hrs seems a little long to me for an oil change and to change out a sensor. That’s why the 3 stars. Wait time and me having to call to figure out what is going on 4 hours later is my issue.

No real complaints. Dealership was accommodating. Fiver star rating in my mind really requires someone to go above and beyond. No opportunity to do that in this case.

The service department has always been excellent, and now, at the new location, it has been outstanding. Technicians and service advisors explain things clearly and are not pushy with unnecessary add-ons. They send you updates over text messages while you wait, and even a short video of the routine inspection.
