Our appointment was planned for your system and associates, and yet when we went to get our car, they couldn’t find it. Second, none of the services have been done to it as promised. Lastly, three different people asked us what we needed, and after they would ask us, they would all disappear and not follow up. It took the nerve of a young man to step forward and actually follow up and let us know what had happened. Very disappointing service and a very frustrating experience with your staff!
