I always feel welcome at the service department. They take my comments seriously. They are timely in getting the job done. I love the shuttle service. Drivers are very polite and I feel safe.

I drove almost 2 hours to go to Williams VW. They were the only dealer with the vehicle I wanted, within a 150 mile radius. I am not sorry I did. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff at Williams always makes it easier for us to get our cars worked on. We live over two hours from Lansing and they make every effort to send someone up to us to take the cars down and bring them back. We've owned over seven VWs and most of them have been from Williams. We wouldn't have any other dealer or cars!
