I went to Williams VW for tire repair. The service was completed very quickly, very well, and free of charge. They also washed my car. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Service writer gave me estimate as to time taken to complete - he was off by one hour and took off after 5:30 without letting me know when to go there or to follow up with me or let me know if some one would take his place. Poor communication. Cost of installing a battery was *0 dollars - in excess of other places. by close to 35 dollars. Not pleased with excessive cost, time taken to complete task and poor communication by the writer who left me in the dark waiting in the lobby. overall poor and expensive cost.
