Overall I am happy with the result of my service. However I am not thrilled that I had to pay a diagnostic fee even though I ended up having the work done. I drive 40-50 thousand miles a year and have car repairs and service done very regularly. This is the first time I have ever seen the diagnostic charge stay on the bill after having the work done. Very disappointed with that and will be looking for other area shops to get my VW fixed at in the future.

We have dealt with Williams VW for over 25 years. They have always been courteous, on time and helped us a great deal. When we bought our most recent VW the Taos, they had it delivered and went through all the systems explaining everything. Dan Barstow convinced me to consider the Taos because his wife drives one. When we had an accident with a deer, they sent the tow truck to take it down to their auto shop. They're just like family to us, that's why we keep coming back to Williams for our cars.
