The cosy of the diagnostic testing is almost 80 dollars more than other places. The information that i was given to resolve the problem was also over $500 more at the least than other companies who service and the information that it takes 4 hours labor to remove the N80 valve comes nowhere near what my research shows that it does. Max time is 1-1/2 hours . also I was not sent the video of the diagnostic testing as promised. The positive side is that the ride given to my wife by Emmett was wonderful

Service was fine. However, after I returned home, I noticed the ~blanket/cover that surrounded the sides of the battery was missing. I had a new battery installed, and it was never reinstalled/returned/nor explained why it was not there. Someone from dealership called me yesterday to ask about my service, and I relayed that concern. I was told someone from service would contact me back. No phone call has been received. I have a picture of the battery area taken the night I dropped off the vehicle, so I know the blanket/cover was installed when I dropped it off at the dealership...

Service Advisor Nick was friendly and professional. Service was completed in a timely fashion, car was washed and vacuumed and I was on my way sooner than expected. Building is very nice and customer waiting area was stocked with my beverage of choice (Coke) Even had a nice conversation with Dave Williams while I was there. Even though I live an hour away, Williams has become my Volkswagen dealer of choice.

Overall, everyone was awesome. Victoria Recker was extremely responsive and transparent in her search of other dealerships for trade. Everyone was very accommodating on the transaction and able to deliver the vehicle and do everything else via email or remote meetings. The one knock was, when Victoria was off, James and I were supposed to have aligned, but he missed the time slated. He was apologetic, but that is the sole interaction that left a bit of distaste,
