It was a very quick service. My car was ready same day as drop off. The process for overnight drop off is easy and secure. Communication was quick and clear. Only downside is cost, but I feel that is not something that goes against the dealership as costs are high everywhere.

Brought car in for a door lock recall. Expected a 1-2 day turnaround time. Situations outside of the technician’s extended the repair to over a week. However, the dealership did not communicate with us and we had to call to get status updates. Lack of communication and frustrating to have to reach out for an update every time. I would expect to be told when waiting for parts to arrive or other issues will cause a delay since we cannot use our vehicle.
