Vehicle was scheduled for oil change and tire rotation. Showed up early to the appointment. Dealer was able to accommodate. Vehicle was completed in less than an hour. When checking out the service advisor stated that I didn’t need a tire rotation. Vehicle had just over six thousand miles since the last oil change and tire rotation. After arguing with me about tire rotations and what I came in for, I demanded the vehicle get the tires rotated. He reluctantly sent the vehicle back for rotation. The entire visit took well over two hours. This was an absolutely ridiculous visit ! I have been a customer of Williams Volkswagen since the late 1980’s….. will not be returning!!!! Done!

They fixed my tire, replaced the key fob battery, and performed inspection completely for free. The service was performed very well and quickly. Very satisfied!
