    The work that was done by the techs was good but the service advisor Michael was terrible. When I picked up my vehicle last Monday I was told by Milt that I needed to come me back because a part needed to be ordered. No problem they texted me that the part came in and to make an appointment. I called on Thursday and Michael answered the phone and I explained my part was in and I needed to make an appt. He paused and said the earliest he could get me in was a week! I questioned him and said that this was the second time I was coming back and can I get in sooner. He said no. So I went online and there was an appointment available for today March 24th, so I booked it online. Why did he not offer this to me? My wife brought the car in and called on Friday and asked if a loaner would be available and was quickly told NO. She explained that this was the second time we were coming and in and Roxane did not seem to care.

    Appointment was easy to make on line and Milt was professional and my Arteon was ready when promised. Price charged was very competitive with other dealers and local independent repair shops. Liked the multi point inspection video too. Will definitely be coming back again
